Family Violence happens in many ways (as defined by the Domestic Violence Act 1995):

Emotional

Making you think you’re crazy

Verbal

Put downs, harrassment

Threats

To your safety and/or the safety of others

Isolation

Keeping you away from your friends, family and support

Sexual

Molestation, rape, coercion

Financial

Keeping you financially dependent

Intimidation

Living in fear

Physical

Slaps, punches, kicks using weapons (only 10% of family violence is physical)

Cyber Abuse

Using technology to harm, defame, track, defraud you.
